1. 1:1 Mentoring

All payments are final.

Sessions canceled <24 hours in advance are forfeited.

Instalments must be completed in full.
2. Digital Products (CEO Reflection Series)

All digital subscriptions are non-refundable once access begins.

Annual subscription renews automatically unless canceled 3 months prior.
3. The Seasonal Edit (Physical Journals)
3.1 Annual or Quarterly Subscription

Subscriptions renew automatically.

Cancellation window: 3 months before next cycle.
3.2 Returns

You may return unused journals within 14 days of delivery.

You cover return shipping costs.

Refund processed after inspection.
3.3 Damaged Goods
If a journal arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days for a replacement.
4. Gifts
Gift purchases follow the same refund rules.
Digital access is granted only once payment is confirmed.
GIFTING TERMS — The CEO Reflection Series
1. Each gifted subscription is unique to the recipient.
2. The recipient must provide their email address for delivery.
3. Access begins once the first email is sent.
4. Gifted subscriptions are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual property rights remain with WildWithin — the recipient may not share, forward, or reproduce the content.
