These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, subscriptions, products, and content provided by WildWithin, part of Feel the Breeze DOO (“we”, “our”, “us”).


By engaging with any offering — including 1:1 mentoring, The CEO Reflection Series, The Seasonal Edit, books, podcasts, events, or digital content — you (“client”, “you”) agree to the following terms.


1. Scope of Services
1.1 1:1 Mentoring
Mentoring includes coaching, reflection, and strategic guidance.
It does not include therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial consulting.
1.2 The CEO Reflection Series (Digital Subscription)
An annual subscription delivering weekly reflections via email and/or messaging platforms, automatically renewed unless canceled.
1.3 The Seasonal Edit (Journal Subscription)
Four journals per year, delivered either via:

  • Annual subscription (prepaid), or

  • Quarterly subscription, billed per season.

Both versions renew automatically unless canceled.
1.4 Books, Podcasts & Free Content
We create books, audio content, articles, frameworks, and other materials.
These are protected intellectual property and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without consent.
We reserve the right to update offerings at any time.


2. Client Responsibility
2.1 You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
2.2 Coaching and reflection accelerate awareness and leadership but do not guarantee specific personal or business results.
2.3 You agree to participate actively, communicate honestly, and take responsibility for integrating the insights.

 

3. Payment Terms
3.1 All fees must be paid in full by the due date on the invoice or checkout page.
3.2 Prices are listed exclusive of VAT unless noted.
3.3 1:1 Mentoring may be paid in instalments if explicitly agreed upon; instalment plans must be completed in full.
3.4 Subscriptions (CEO Reflection Series + Seasonal Edit) require upfront payment for the term.
3.5 Non-payment may result in paused or canceled access.
3.6 Payments must be made to the bank account listed in the header.

 

4. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations
4.1 CEO Reflection Series

  • Annual subscription

  • Auto-renews each year

  • You may cancel up to 3 months before renewal

  • No refunds once the yearly access begins

4.2 Seasonal Edit
Applies to both annual and quarterly subscriptions:

  • Auto-renews

  • Cancellation window: 3 months before the next cycle

  • No refunds on journals already shipped or in preparation

4.3 Digital Content is Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of digital delivery, once access begins, the purchase is final.

 

5. Shipping & Physical Delivery (Seasonal Edit)
5.1 Shipping times are estimates; delays may occur.
5.2 Customs fees or import taxes are the client’s responsibility.
5.3 Lost or delayed shipments caused by carriers are outside our control, though we will assist where possible.
5.4 Damaged items must be reported within 7 days for replacement.

 

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All materials — journals, reflections, content, frameworks, books, podcasts, voice memos, website content, and design — remain our intellectual property.
6.2 You may not copy, share, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
6.3 Gifting the CEO Reflection Series requires purchasing a separate subscription for each individual.

 

7. Confidentiality
7.1 All personal and business information shared in mentoring remains confidential.
7.2 Exceptions apply if:

  • Required by law

  • There is risk of harm

 

8. Liability
8.1 All services and content are provided “as is.”
8.2 We do not guarantee specific business, financial, or personal outcomes.
8.3 To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim liability for any direct or indirect loss, including:

  • Business decisions

  • Financial results

  • Leadership choices

  • Emotional or psychological responses

  • Delays or interruptions in digital delivery
    8.4 You participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for interpreting and applying the content.

 

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro.
Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Montenegro.

 

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time.
